Giclée prints, pronounced “jhee-clay”, are high resolution reproductions made from the finest archival substrates and pigmented inks printed on archival quality canvas, coated with a layer of protective varnish. They are superior to lithographs because the six to seven different colors of inks are sprayed as droplets rather than dots, which allows the ink to bleed into the paper to create a more of a continuous tone than the dot pattern. Giclées on Canvas of my original oil-on-canvas paintings are printed in very small editions of no more than 50 prints, all signed and numbered (s/n) and accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
